TaxiLaval.ca is not a taxi company. We do not operate vehicles or employ drivers. We provide a platform that connects users with government‑accredited taxi operators who provide transportation under regulated rates and standards.
Platform ownership
The booking platform at app.montrealtaxi.ca is operated by us. Drivers and operators who use the platform are subject to the terms and policies presented to them when they create their account.
Your use of this site
You agree to use this site responsibly and not submit false or abusive enquiries. You agree that any transportation service you book is provided by an accredited independent operator, not by TaxiLaval.ca.
Pricing and service
Taxi rates are set by the Quebec government. Any additional service details shown on this site or in the platform are provided by accredited operators and may change without notice.
TaxiLaval.ca is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues involving independent operators.
Liability
TaxiLaval.ca is not liable for:
- delays caused by traffic, weather, or operator availability
- lost items
- disputes between riders and operators
- errors in information provided by users or operators
Our role is informational and platform‑based only.
When appropriate, we may contact the accredited driver or operator who provided your service to help clarify a situation or assist with lost‑and‑found enquiries. Any misconduct or service issues remain the responsibility of the driver or operator, as is standard across all accredited taxi companies in Greater Montreal.
