TaxiLaval.ca operates this website. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is short because there isn’t much.
What we collect
Contact form.
If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.
Phone calls.
Calls to the number on this site may be handled by our referral or dispatch partners, so your call is subject to their handling as well as ours.
Website analytics.
We may use Google Analytics and advertising measurement tags to see how many people visit and which pages they read. These use cookies and record a truncated IP address. They do not tell us who you are.
Platform usage (drivers and operators).
If you apply to drive or operate through our platform, your application and account are handled at app.montrealtaxi.ca under the terms presented to you there. Driver/operator data is used only to run the platform and assign trips.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers needed to run the site, operate the platform, and answer your enquiry. We do not send marketing email to people who only used the contact form.
Your rights
Under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@taxilaval.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
